Elegy aims to create a more rewarding, balanced, and immersive Skyrim experience while making minor changes and maintaining much of the vanilla gameplay and feel. The slowing effects of poison and frost damage not only reduce the victim's movement speed, but also their attack speed. Use SKSE scripts and dummy spell implementations to overcome the pitfalls of attack speed actor values, and various attack speed fixes should be used.

Originally appearing in the TES arena, ice golems are massive sentient structures made of pure ice and enhanced by powerful sorcery. Some ice golems, after a period of service, simply born without restraint or control, eventually kill their masters and leave the snowy forest as they hunt their prey using perfect imitation and camouflage.

These werewolves were the lowest order of those beasts. The companions believe that they are those who are weak in mind and body. They have received this blessing from Hircine, but they are unable to rule this form, causing the werewolves to eat ravenously and walk on four legs without being able to return to human form. Some speculate they are the cursed Silver Hands

Ghosts are the souls of the dead who have completed or failed missions on mortal planes. They still maintain a human appearance and are able to speak, until they begin to lose their self-identity, memory, and purpura, and then they become nothing more than a groaning floating figure that doesn't look human and shows clear signs of self-punishment.

Those who die on the battlefield often fail to accept their fate peacefully and will continue to haunt the battlefield like ghosts. But when a powerful necromancer sees this as an opportunity, things get very dangerous. This powerful mage then uses dark magic to transform the angry soldier ghosts into avengers of war, serving them as compliant puppets.
