simple magic level

This mod adds simple level-boosting spells to every vanilla spell in the game.

Note: I have only added the destruction skill at this point. I'm working on other types of spells.

I'm playing Skyrim and I really enjoy using basic newbie spells like fire or frostbite. I see some other mods already do this, but they add a lot of new spells. This mod simply adds levels to the vanilla spells in the game. They do increase the magic cost, so most spells you won't be able to use later in the game.

If you find any problem with balance or anything. Feel free to make suggestions. This is actually the first mod I've ever created, so I'm still in the learning process, but wanted to make a simple mod like this that enhances the base destruction vanilla spell.
