Alternate book fonts, including Planeswalker (Magic Cards) by Morrowind.
This is just the original page from Oldrim to SSE brought to you by evercharmer.
The original mod can be found here:

There is no official SSE page so I decided to add it in case anyone comes across this via UI mods rather than looking for those on the Oldrim page. This mod is for immersion and role playing and players who are actually interested in reading the in-game books but don't like the original fonts used by Bethesda. I'm not a big fan of it and plan on changing it myself. I've included 2 pictures in the gallery of the default font to show how it compares to the other 6.
If you like this mod and want another really nice addition, try this other port of Oldrim to keep track of all the books you've read:

describe:
Added 6 new fonts for books around the world. Currently these are the fonts you can choose from:
sheboygan

Maggie
Michael

Planewalker
If you don't like any of the fonts here, then evercharmer added this to the description section of the page on how to convert your own book fonts:
If the font you want isn't here and its license doesn't allow conversion, you can do it yourself. Using sIRF Generator
(
Necessary role, I've found that some people just can't do it even if they do it, although I can't figure out why. After this you need to edit the file
'fontconfig.txt' in your interface folder is as follows:
Add the following lines:
fontlib“Interface \ yourfontname.swf”
and change the following lines:
Map "$SkyrimBooks" = "SkyrimBooks_Gaelic" OK
to
map "$SkyrimBooks" = "yourfontname" OK
Obviously, replace your name with whatever you call the swf file.
If you are using another mod that edits fonts, you may need to edit fontconfig.txt as shown above.
If you install manually, remember to back up the files it overwrites.
Permissions:
evercharmer says that the fonts listed above can be used in this mod for licensing reasons stated on their respective pages. See permissions and credits above.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
