Requires all DLC and USSEP

Transform the Headless Horseman into ESO's Halloween Jack.

The knight doesn't have any tasks so he can safely confuse, so he's now Halloween Jack and riding a fiery new steed!

Take out a new set of daedric-level armor from Mr. Jack

He has a waraxe that can remove learning a new spell that is fiery to the soul but shocking

You can summon him and he will drop a spell book that teaches you how to do it. He will fight until he dies.

Should be compatible with almost anything unless it touches the knight.

If you have a death wish, then put the horse into a canter so he will catch up more easily.

He's not a fader, if you attack him he's as strong as an Ebony Warrior...he won't start it, but he will define you to finish it.

Jack travels between Hamvirs Rest and Rorikstead at night, and you can find him as a random event along the way.
