New Perk menu texture

The unique legendary weapon was created by me using Shiskebab's Wakizashi model and my own custom textures. This weapon is based on the Wakizashi from Fallout 2 and the katana from Gun Runners' Arsenal in New Vegas. Can be modified and upgraded to use different blades and handles. The controller upgrade can even increase weapon speed.
