This mod edits the survival talent "HC_FillWaterBottlePerk" and adds the condition IsSneking == 0. This shouldn't be a problem for any load order, as I (the original author bp42s) don't know of any other mods that can edit this perk. Sip Or Save should still be compatible with everything.
