Adalia the Confessor is a dissected NPC and a child of the atom. Her NPC data is almost complete, just needs a unique face since she's using Nora's default face. However, instead of giving her a generic CoA face, I modified her default face to one more suitable for the Atomic Confessor (see screenshot).
The Fo4 wiki entry indicates she was intended for use in Crater House, so I put her there. But be careful. She doesn't know you. She doesn't like you. If she sees you, she will try to kill you.
