Adds a throwable grappling hook: the rope wraps around corners and beams, you swing on it, and you can climb up or slide down it.

Blocks the hammer, hoe, and cultivator independently when an enemy is nearby, sees the player, or hears the player. Each tool can be configured separately or disabled entirely.
