ArcaneNaturalWaters 0.9.18
Build flowing rivers and relaxing hot springs in your Valheim world.
River Source
Equip your hammer and open Arcane Natural Waters → River Source. Place it facing downhill, then use its stones to shape the river. It costs 20 Stone, 5 Ancient Bark and 1 Surtling Core.
Use the river editor and configurable route shortcuts to guide the water. F8 adds a route point and F9 finishes the route. The river's hoe tools help shape the riverbed. Rivers can meet other rivers, lakes, the ocean and suitable elevated pools.
Hot springs
Choose Round, Oval, Kidney Shape or Wild Hot Spring in the same hammer category. Each shape has a distinct illustrated icon and costs 30 Stone, 2 Surtling Cores and 5 Crystal.
Use the control stone to adjust width, depth, bubbling, music and ward settings. Hot springs are heated without fuel, provide bathing warmth and 2 comfort, and include submerged white sitting stones.
Width ranges from 4–24 metres and depth from 0.8–3 metres. Stand up before resizing. Choose a bubbling loop and music, or select Valheim music to keep the game's soundtrack. Adjust volume, playback speed and audible range to suit the space.
Installation
Install on clients and the server with BepInExPack Valheim and Jotunn. For manual installation, use BepInEx/plugins/ArcaneNaturalWaters/ArcaneNaturalWaters.dll. Replace the retired ArcaneWaterWorks.dll when upgrading from that mod.
WaterGardens and ArcaneDecor: FlowCraft are separate, optional mods. Configure NaturalWaters through its in-game editors and generated BepInEx configuration.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
