Improved draw distance for small objects, large objects, textures, NPCs, and high-quality motion blur effects. Compared to other draw distance mods, the impact on framerate was minimal because I didn't adjust the shadow settings (which are the main cause of performance degradation).

Changed the lighting and skyboxes of the mountain tops and snowfields to a gorgeous lighting setting for the mountain red ash rain weather, which will now be the default lighting in all weather conditions, creating a very nice atmosphere.
