What each .csv file does:

• **GrassLodRangeParam.csv** - remove grass
• **LoadBalancerDrawDistScaleParam.csv** - Change LOD
• **LoadBalancerNewDrawDistScaleParam_win64.csv** - Change draw distance and shading
• **WeatherLotParam.csv** - Removes fog/partial wind effects and reduces wind effect lag
• **WeatherParam.csv** - remove weather effects
