This mod is a project trying to fix the wrong Havok material flags regarding static and landscape in the original game. Which USSEP has not been fixed yet. Wrong Havok material information causes wrong footsteps or just silences them. There's a sudden immersion during the game.

This essentially removes the Riften LOD, improving fps for those who were getting a solid 10 FPS in Riften. This mod doesn't touch the base so you can still get low fps.
