Repairs and upgrades to Skyrim Unbound.

Here is an xEdit script that captures every NPC old level and converts it into a multiplier. This means each NPC has a scaling factor of about 0.80, which is about 1.5x the PC's level (or more). It sets a whole new difficulty curve and results in an extremely balanced and challenging game. There is also no upper limit to the areas encountered.

I really like both mods so I made this patch. Details are below.

Replacing the steel plate armor with "The Witcher 2" armor, you can now look down on your torso.

Completed the unfinished DBH contract that Maven Blackbriar found in the basement. Killing Jolfreid Ypstein, no matter how you accomplish it, is portrayed as suicide. "They said Jolfreid Ypstein killed himself in the cell with his voice! Shouted himself louder!"

Ease your headaches by disabling those annoying wind gusts you hear everywhere in the game, even when there's no wind. You won't encounter normal wind noise. Bonfires, fireplaces, etc. make less noise. A new volume slider lets you control the environment, NPC footprints, player footprints, and more.

With this mod you can fly around the sky with some Chaurus Hunters (Mounts). You also have an orc hut with 2 companions.

Rock Atronachs are rock goblins covered in rock fragments with ancient druidic runes painted on them, and crafted from pure magic rather than over-the-top/undead/natural spirits.

The Abyss Gazers are lizard/frog-like perit basilisks. Upon sensing enemies, the Abyss Gazer will charge at them, then fly into the air and spray green mist, inflicting slow but deadly poison. Their trademark is the large eyes that give them their name, they are not their eyes but a terrifying self-defense mechanism.

Domestic cats are docile small cats that were used by Nordic people as pets and to control rodents on farms and hotels, such as by hunting and eating rats. They are beautiful animals and do not engage in combat. You'll see them in almost every city and farm, and sometimes even inside houses.

Street vendors call less frequently.

Repairs the target NPC's spine, similar to the "Repair Spine" option in the headtracking mod, to preserve pose form. Really only useful for screen archiving.
