About this mod Machine translation

Replacing the steel plate armor with "The Witcher 2" armor, you can now look down on your torso.

This is a replacement for vanilla steel plate armor, featuring a model from The Witcher 2, originally modified by LordOfWar (which unfortunately seems to have been removed) for Oldrim, and then ported to Special Edition by HookerHeels. All I did was make a version that was compatible with the special edition port of Joy Of Perspective. There is no need to use the original SE port of this mod, all that is required is The Joy Of Perspective. Installation is a standard matter of clicking it in the module manager of your choice or manually inserting the .esp into the data folder. Just make sure this .esp is loaded in a smaller order than the JOP, but if I'm doing it right, don't let it come first.

Big thanks to LordOfWar for making the original mod and to HookerHeels for porting it to SE, I wouldn't have been able to make this version if you guys hadn't done all the actual work. Of course, thanks to everyone who worked on Joy Of Perspective for creating it and porting it to SE. Last but not least, thanks to CDProjektRed for making the beautiful armor in the first place.

This is a replacer of the vanilla Steel Plate Armor with a model from The Witcher 2, originally modded into to Oldrim by LordOfWar(which unfortunately seems to have been deleted) and then ported to Special Edition by HookerHeels. All I did was make a version of it that works with the Special Edition port of the Joy Of Perspective. The original SE port of this mod is NOT needed to work, all this requires is The Joy Of Perspective. Installation is the standard affair of clicking on it in your mod manager of choice or plonking the.esp into your data folder manually. Just make sure this.esp is lower in your load order than JOP, but if I did it right it shouldn't let you put it higher in the first place.

Big thanks to LordOfWar for making the original mod and HookerHeels for porting it to SE, without you guys doing all the actual work there'd be no way I could make this version. Of course thanks to all the people who worked on the Joy Of Perspective, both creating it and porting it to SE. Last but not least thanks to CDProjektRed for making the great looking armor in the first place.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
