KS Dragon Overhaul is a Dragon overhaul mod made for Skyrim SE. This mod adds an MCM with many options for you to tweak or adjust anything regarding the dragon, and is fully compatible with mods that add dragons.

Based on BrotherBob's mod: Real Undead. Additionally, extend it by adding some new features through the MCM menu.

DFB Random Encounters 1.2SE MCM is a lightweight generation module. It places 230 dynamic spawn points into Skyrim. You have full control over them and determine which enemies are spawned, how many enemies are spawned, and how to defeat them.

The important front-end MOD of the alien race has been updated to the October 19th version.

CBBE presets some armor (only added when I need them for myself, which rarely happens when I switch to a male character now) to make the chests less prominent, but they are still there. Plan to update later.
