An abandoned player house in Markarth with a path to the temple roof and access to the city by the river
Serie Deadly Shadows after Riften. There is a smelting plant, a forge, an alchemy laboratory, and a player house with beds.
v.1.4: Added entrance to the city by the river.
The house and passage were not disturbed. Only for lone thieves.
Containers and house cells no longer respawn and are therefore now safe to store.
Added a secure expert lock with some resident trinkets on it.
arrow of fire
Added a blacksmithing recipe under Miscellaneous. -Arrow of Fire. A Cursed Arrow with no scars ((killable due to your perk and bow damage). The impact creates a torch. This was my first attempt at enchanting a projectile with the goal of burning, but only the torch works. Maybe in the next update if I figure out how to do it. Used with ceremonial. The short clip below shows the effect.

v.1.4: added an entrance to the city, by the river.
The house and passages are not navmeshed. For lonely thieves only.
The containers and house's cell dont'respawn, so it should be safe for storage now.
Added a safe, expert locked, with some trinkets from the previous inhabitant.
Arrow of Fire
Added a smithing recipe under Misc. - the Arrow of Fire. A forsworn arrow with no damage, (can kill because of your perk and bow damage). A torch is spawned at the impact. It's my first try at using enchantment on projectile, the target was intended to burn but only the torch worked. Maybe in a next update if I figure how to make it. Use it with parcimony. A short video below showing the effect.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
