About this mod Machine translation
A quaint little house with almost all amenities. Located near the Riften Stables.
A simple, comfortable players' home just outside Riften, influenced by various (albeit slightly) Dunmore styles. Comes with custom storage containers for just about everything (sorry, no trophy racks) as well as areas for smithing, enchanting, cooking and alchemy.
In order to get the key to the house, read the note on the front door step (it should be). The previous owner of the house will be somewhere in the above destination.
As far as I know, this house should be compatible with almost all mods (except those that place structures in the same location)
Although it should work fine with Custom Family Home, at least for your spouse and one child.
This is/is my first attempt at modding Skyrim, so apologies for anything sloppy, overlooked, or just... poorly done?

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
