Dead Eye is a headshot mod that lets you choose different ways to take down your enemies. Achieve quick one-hit kills or add some challenge with helmet protection to protect you and your enemies. If that's not your style, you can opt for head busting - you'll need to reduce the enemy's head health to zero to deliver a devastating headshot.

A bloody overhaul at the engine level. Limbs can be severed with the right weapon, heads can be smashed to end the battle, and VATS critical hits can be brutal. The brutality of ranged and melee combat is fully adjustable.

Change the colour of blood in How to Fish. Pick any colour and it changes the spray when you hit something and the splatter left on the ground. Or turn blood off completely. Updates while you play.
