Not satisfied with certain variations? Want a legendary boss? Highly recommended to use Exoclyps’ FGEP legendary add-on!

Thanks to everyone who made this possible! (including you)
Warning: This will make Madness a more challenging encounter. Do you like that? Okay, okay then...
Several new creatures have been added to clear out feral ghouls instead of the bloat or necrosis that occasionally appears at higher levels. From unique cannon fodder forms, to creatures with all-new abilities, this will captivate almost every gaming experience. We used custom sounds, models, and textures to give them a unique identity (thanks to everyone who allowed me to use textures/meshes, love you!). I want you to stop thinking of them as "feral ghouls" and instead think of this faction as "feral ghouls" because now it's not just hordes of the same enemies here. If you have played "Left 4 Dead", "Da 4 Bloods", and especially "Seven Days to Die", this is the gameplay I want.
Plus, some are Gibbable, and all support VATS.

Background settings
When a common feral ghoul degenerates, their brains rot to the point of becoming extremely aggressive and ravenous. However, different mutations and permutations occur during feral ghoulization, combined with the level of radiation the host is exposed to and the host's own physical characteristics. For example, some ghouls are exposed to so much radiation that they begin to excrete foul-smelling radiation and miraculously remain alive. Other larger-than-average hosts mutate in a way that makes them much larger than the average ghoul, ensuring their status as apex predators. The rest is history.
Additionally, a new drop has been added to all feral ghouls called "Bile", which can be used to craft a new weapon (currently, this will definitely be expanded in the future). Other than that, I recommend you plug in the machine and play around with it, as I personally feel this is the best way to learn it.
If you really want more information, I've attached a full paper below about the new deformed monsters in my current game.
Try not to die too quickly!
= Base level variant. Refresh when installing a mod.
= Intermediate variant. Spawns when the player becomes more proficient at level 15.
= Higher order variants. Just when you think you have the wasteland in your hands, it only spawns at level 35.
Open the spoilers below to see all the Mad Ghoul variants:
Name: Feral Shambler
Enemy type: Normal
New: V1.0
Embarrassing level production: 9/10
Creatures that are in a state of limbo between becoming truly feral and remaining somewhat human as ghouls. Slow, but numerous and tough. They also have gorgeous hair physics and tons of clothing variations, so they took three lifetimes to produce. As you gain more experience, a special armor variant will begin to generate.
Special variant: Armored Feral Shatter
They have the same movement and attacks as a Staggerer, but wear a full suit of scrap power armor and are extremely difficult to take down.
Name: Feral Exploder
Enemy Type: Special
New in: V1.0
Annoying level creation: 10/10
Abominable creatures with only one purpose in their miserable lives: death. After death, they will begin to leak bile, and all this accumulation eventually leads to a violent burst of bile. They are a huge ammo save …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
