This mod works with SkyrimSouls - Unpanned Game Menu, allowing you to set the amount of game slowdown via the MCM menu in menu mode, from 0 to 99.9%. While unaused is great, it's fair to say that having the game run at full speed in menu mode isn't entirely fair, as Skyrim wasn't built with gameplay features in mind.
