If you're like me and were disappointed with the vanilla gray fighter, then this mod is for you. This mod replaces the vanilla gray bucket skeleton with a new custom skeleton designed to give Solstheim's Ash Hoppers a more menacing, nasty and disgusting appearance. Working within the confines of the vanilla mesh, I adjusted the head, legs, torso and abdomen. These subtle changes to Ash Hoppers transform the vanilla Ash Hopper into an evil six-legged abomination you'll be afraid to encounter on the island of Solstheim! This affects all Ash Hoppers in Skyrim!

[[[MOD COMPATIBILITY]]]

Heinous Ash Hoppers use the custom skeleton of the Heinous Ash Hopper and will override any model that changes the skeleton of the Heinous Ash Hopper. Mods that make radical changes to the vanilla skeleton (such as "Realistic Ragdoll and Force") should be compatible as long as "Heinous Ash Hoppers" is installed after these mods and its files are allowed to be overwritten.

Should be fully compatible with any texture mod, as this mod does not contain its own skeleton-only textures. This also makes it compatible with most other creature models that don't edit vanilla skeletons.

[[[INSTALLATION]]]

It is recommended to use Mod Manager or your favorite mod manager.

Install "Heinous Ash Hoppers" after any mod that changes vanilla ash hoppers, and click "Yes to all" when prompted to overwrite any files.

There is no ".esp plugin" for this mod.
