A mod I made for myself that I'm finally finished now. Another thing I want to share with you. Xueman. With trees!
Great performance. Using ENB, my graphics card usage increased by 3-4%. It's not a cluttered Whiterun, just adding trees and some bushes and bushes.
It's not a big deal, but it will make the Whiterun look livelier than before.
Another thing worth mentioning is that any plants placed in this mode will not get in the way of anything that appears during the Civil War.

Obviously anything that edits Whiterun is like JK's Whiterun. I don't know if you expect to install both. LMAO
Some trees can be made to stick out of placed stuff via other mods. If not, the better. But it won't break your game.

Performance is great. Gives me about 3-4% more usage on my graphics card with ENB. It's not cluttering Whiterun but just adding trees and some bushes and shrubs.
Nothing major but it'll make Whiterun look more lively than before.
Another thing worth mentioning would be that none of the flora placed by this mod get in the way for anything that appears during the Civil War.

Uninstallation
You can safely uninstall this without any special things you need to do.
However, I don't know if it's just on my end but sometimes trees don't appear/disappear right away when I'm testing mods I'm making. You just need to exit the area and re-enter it.
Compatibility
Obviously anything editing Whiterun like JK's Whiterun. I don't know what you'd expect installing both. lmao
Could get some trees sticking out of placed things by other mods. If not, the better. Not gonna break your game however.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
