This mod completely changes feral ghouls and turns them into slower Romero style zombies. Includes extra features such as player infections, additional zombie spawns, and the ability to replace various creatures with zombies. Configurable holotapes (and MCM support) are provided for complete control over the experience.

The two mods can work together in a patch-less manner. But with this patch, most (but not all) ghoul variants in MFG (More Feral Ghouls) will spawn as replacements/additional additions to the Zombie Walkers.
