Introduction: Restore the scheduled maintenance cost of "Fallout 4".
This mod fixes a long-standing Fallout 4 bug that caused damaged settlements to cost much less to repair than expected.
Typically, repairing an object should cost 10% of its original construction cost. Due to a bug in the engine, Fallout 4 miscalculated, causing repair costs to be much lower than they should be.
Workshop repair cost corrections will automatically restore expected repair cost calculations.
Ideal for players who like to build settlements and balance resource management.
The cost of repairs once again matches Bethesda's original design.
No more virtually free repairs.
This mod only changes the calculation of workshop repair costs. It does not modify construction costs, settlement mechanics or game balance, it only fixes the original bugs.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
