Indeed - F76 Enemy Leveling Adjustments: Fallout 4's vanilla leveling adjustments became ineffective at a later stage, causing enemies and encounter areas to lose importance. This mod replaces that system with a scaling system similar to Fallout 76.
Enemies grow with the player from the beginning of the game, but the level cap is 200. Once the player exceeds level 200, enemies will stop leveling up to prevent ammo sponges. Certain enemies designed to grow directly with the player, such as Mythic Deathclaws, are exempt from this cap.
compatibility
Works with vanilla, PANPC, and most combat/damage mods. Safely coexist with talent overhaul. Neither weapon nor player damage has been modified. No new enemies will be added or AI behavior changed. Compatible with better site injuries
Not compatible with Scourge or scaling flag removers. I highly recommend using this mod instead of SCOURGE.
Scaling Flag Remover removes the same mechanism this mod relies on, so don't install it, it's incompatible.
Notice:
When using an unupgraded world - F4SE, some enemies may appear above your level. This is intentional, not a bug.
Install
Install using Vortex or your mod manager. Load order position is flexible. It can be safely uninstalled at any time. Currently only midnight ride guide settings are supported.

FAQ
——Which game version is this for?
This mod follows the Midnight Ride Guide, which updates the game while keeping the executable downgraded. Don’t worry, the mods and tools of the old console can still be used normally.
I strongly recommend following the installation rules for Midnight Ride and using a downgrader. If you don't want to, you can still use the older version of the mod. If there's enough demand, I'll release an older console version with the same updates.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
