Original address:
Updated version 2.1.3 asset package on September 22
Updated version 2.1.2 asset package on May 23
Updated on November 5th:
Version 1.1
Split the file into two separate downloads for ease of maintenance and storage reasons. Added textures for upcoming mod.
The ESP file and main material file have been uploaded. Both need to be installed in the same folder for the module to work properly.
*The new COD porting framework will provide support for some BOCW weapons in the future, but having said that, this thing reminds me why I don’t want to touch Fallout 4 now. Originally, there were new leaders and more new people this year, and the work intensity doubled. I didn’t even want to open MO2 when I went home. After the next generation update, I have to check which ones are packaged with new tools, otherwise the model will be lost when loading with 163. It takes so much time to play a B module. It is really not as comfortable as S.T.A.R. and Half-Life modules that can be played after downloading simple settings. *
Note: This module is packaged with new tools. The next-generation version will not be affected. To use version 163, you need to switch. Please refer to this method of BigStan:

Pretty much sums it up in the description. You don't need it unless you're using one of my (original author PIZZASPULUNKER's) BOCW ports.
Install:
BOCW or Vanguard porting: Install resources and ESP simultaneously.
MW19 or other ports: only install ESP.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
