Simple Impact
This is an F4SE plug-in that enhances the FO4 shooting experience, inspired by Toounx's Kill Tips and Hit Sounds, and Elzee's Recoil Shake and Low Lammo Sounds.
when shooting
The camera shakes and blurs, a hit sound plays when you hit a target, and a kill sound plays when you kill, but it doesn't use any scripting.
Everything happens at the engine level.
To customize settings, open SimpleImpact.ini in F4SE\Plugins.
Each feature can be turned on or off by setting enable to 1/0.
Setting HeadshotEnabled to 1 enables separate kill sounds for headshots.

-Kill Quote——
This one is really similar to Kill Sound, but it randomly plays the sounds recognized in the ESP.
Unlike the original Fallout 4, Simple Impact creates a playlist of kill quotes and plays them in order to ensure you don't hear the same quotes.
The playlist will be resized when you load the game or move to another location.
I've attached the Modern Warfare 2 Shadow Company combat radio for reference. If you want to customize it, you have to switch the sound effect file in Sound\FX\Bingle\KillQuote.
If you want less than 10 sounds, you'll have to modify the ESP. Edit patch descriptors and form lists.
Cooldown: A cooldown is applied between kill quotes to prevent overlap.
- Camera shake -

Power Armor Duration Multiplier: The value when wearing power armor multiplied by the duration

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
