About this mod Machine translation

---Supply line---

When settlers are founded or assigned to a logistics station, they will automatically be assigned the caravan route to the nearest settlement that also has a logistics station. As your network grows and you add additional stations to new settlements, your supply lines will stay on efficient routes without the need for manual interaction.

Technically, your supply lines will arrange themselves to generate a minimum spanning tree, but if you have any normal non-ILS configurators assigned to some settlements, it may be slightly different. This process is completely dynamic and can work with up to 128 unique logistics stations before script limitations become apparent.

Starting with version 1.2.0, you can also adjust how supply lines are calculated by giving weights to specific supply routes. Under [Routing Settings], select [Add New Priority...] and follow the wizard to select two locations and set them as "Priority" or "Priority." The priority route will almost always be taken regardless of the distance, and the priority route may never be taken. For any priorities not manually specified, the supply line algorithm takes care of the rest.

---resource---

Want your farm to be a farm and the city to be a city? Now they can! Settlement within a logistics network will automatically reallocate its remaining resources in a more efficient manner than standard supply lines. What you need to worry about is that your entire network's food and water production (quickly viewable at any logistics terminal) is enough to support your entire network's population, that your settlers will be satisfied no matter where your resources are produced - and, that they won't want to get into your scarce food reserves.

As with the standard supply line, you'll still need a slight increase in output to produce settlements in order to feed settlers in terms of consumer settlements - settlers, corruption and other transport losses, etc. - but as your logistics station levels up, this penalty will start to disappear.

Redistribution statistics are updated automatically once a day, in sync with the standard workshop daily update cycle, or can be updated manually under the [Utilities] section of any logistics terminal.

On the backend, redistribution is handled by subtracting production points directly from settlements with a surplus, and adding them directly to settlements with a deficit. So this will satisfy Sim Settlements' dynamic demand requirements as well as basic food/water needs as long as your network as a whole can meet the demand. As a bonus, the game's scripting engine is slightly easier than the standard supply line when the daily update cycle rolls around.

If desired, this feature can be disabled completely or individual settlements can be configured to exclude this process by accessing the local logistics terminal.

---Logistics and warehousing---

For your convenience, all stations are equipped with logistics lockers. To set this up, simply interact with the logistics locker at any workstation to get the logistics storage indicator. Next, place this device in any secure container - preferably a workbench, or manually placed in a container somewhere - and then you

'Redo. You can now access this container from any back-office locker at any workstation. Avoid those long fast trips - or worse, walk if you're surviving - and get back to your preferred solution just to unload your loot.

The logistics locker also includes a utility that does the same thing as the "Store All Trash" button in the standard workbench (the button in the annoying workbench UI is hardcoded by the game engine/interface swf), so accessing it is just a matter of opening the options menu on the locker and selecting "Store All Trash".

---Car Collection---

Once you have your logistics storage set up as described above, you can use ILS's remaining automatic collection feature. By default, this feature is turned off in the terminal; to enable it, simply access th …

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
