feature
Screen Shooter Menu is a versatile tool that helps you with every aspect of taking screenshots.
Adjust your posture in real time
Create your own facial expressions and control your eyes
Position and rotate all characters and objects
Save your new pose and convert it to an animation file
Adjust your character's skeleton
Arrange complex, character-focused lighting with ease
Operate the camera and restore it to its previous state
Prerequisites
F4SE 0.6.23 or higher - make sure the data folder is also copied
MCM - (optional) Required if you want to use shortcut keys to open the menu
LooksMenu - (optional) for body morphing functionality
Buffout 4 - (unintentional) fix for old version's gray screen bug, but no longer necessary in latest update
Bones - Special pose bones are required to adjust poses and bones. I work closely with the main skeleton developers to ensure your previous skeleton is supported
CBBE Bone Adjustment - Knee Correction - 3BBB version of the prosthetic bone
ZaZ - Extended Skeleton (ZeX) - ZeX version of the disguised skeleton, with a tongue and bones not suitable for workplaces
Animal pose frames – for posing cats, dogs, deathclaws, gorillas and super mutants
This mod includes a skeleton for swinging the power armor pose as an optional file for the mod
Adjustment
Skeletal Adjustments (SAM) for Screen Archer Menu - SAM compatible adjustments, including knee corrections
Camera – just use one
Free Fly Cam F4SE - Lock screen using middle click
Photo Mode – If you want to use photo mode, be sure to uninstall the free flight cameras as they are not compatible
Starting from version 2.0, SAM has built-in camera functionality, so camera modification is no longer required
light
Settlement Objects Expansion Pack - Currently this is the only supported lighting mod
Open menu
Open the console with ~ key
Click on the character you want to adjust and click on them (you may need to scroll if something invisible is blocking it). If there is no target, it will be owned by the player by default.
Open the menu using the "sm" console command
You can also bind shortcut keys with MCM and then use it to open the menu. If you close a menu using a shortcut or console command, you'll be back in the same part of the menu the next time you open it.
Posture adjustment
Here’s a video showing off the Adjustments menu!
The pose adjuster allows you to edit your current pose in real time. This is similar to NiOPA in Skyrim. This menu will display every pose adjustment currently applied to the character, including skeletal adjustments.
New tweaks are generated by default every time you open the game

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
