Allows you to clean up your house (add glass to the windows and clear the roof) and scrap more stuff. Regenerative previsibines, available with or without PRP.

Prerequisite: Wasteland Workshop DLC

Updated on April 28th:

Version 3.0

Upgrade to 3.0 to preserve all rebuilt groups that require new shared resources (Rebuild Collections - Shared Resources) as of v3.0

Implemented workarounds for Fallout 4 next-gen matswap bugs so that they are now applied correctly.

The previsibine patch is now included in the main file download. Use it! Place Rebuild_Covenant_Previs.esp at the bottom of the load order, or below the PRP if you are using PRP.

Note that since this update involves next-generation compatibility issues, the 3.0 version file requires a new version of the Rebuild Collection - Shared Resources (I have also published it, and it should be updated simultaneously)

Since we are not sure about the compatibility with 163 and the current use of the next generation, we will publish the 3.0 file to the network disk. The previous version can still be downloaded through the download button. Those who use 3.0 can also give feedback whether it is compatible with 163. If it is compatible, I will not publish the network disk separately.

3.0 file address:

Extraction code: 7g2d

The 1.0 body and PRP patch have been packaged and uploaded together.

If you are installing this into an existing archive and have already been to this location, make sure to stay away from there before installing.

The script to fix the function loads when the unit loads, so it won't work if the unit is already loaded.

This mod does not require rebuilding shared resources.

All plugins are ESPs tagged ESL: therefore, none of them will have a place in your load order.

Repairing structures is immersive: In workshop mode, highlight a house, deck or bay window to repair it. The houses are in good condition, but repairing them will open windows, remove trash and debris, and clear roof tiles.

Ugly landscaping and trash: removed during maintenance. NOTE: There are a few rubbish piles left, as removing them would have meant overlapping the Taffington Boathouse, so I chose to leave them in. They are behind one of the houses so they are not noticeable.

Ownership Fix: All items will now be owned by the player when taking over a settlement. Settlements with existing inhabitants use a specific faction in the workbench script, and players will be added to that faction when they take over ownership of the workbench. Covenant Village uses multiple ownership factions and NPCs for various things, so I modified all of them to use the factions used in the workbench script.

Turret fixes: Turrets use the same turrets as the compound, and the compound uses the compound's faction. Therefore, after taking over a settlement, they will remain hostile and cannot be abandoned. I created a new NPC record, changed ownership, and created a recipe so they could be scrapped. Once you capture a settlement, the turrets will remain hostile, but if you leave and return (e.g., fast travel to the sanctuary and back again), the turrets will no longer be hostile and count towards the settlement defense. They have the same properties as the workshop heavy turrets.

Scrap Restoration: End tables, dressers, beds, and counters are now scrap-ready.

Guard Shed: The shed outside the wall has been removed from the pre-build, so you can use Place Everywhere to scrap it even if it's partially outside the build zone. Just click the Insert key to enable additional object selection to scrap it.

Navmesh: All new reportable wastes are linked.

Regenerated Previsibines: For use with or without PRP Previsibines Repair Pack (PRP) Stable Branch.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
