No, strange faces are not included in the mod. This mod will obviously conflict with other mods... same as this.

NOTE: Any race mode not related to this mod, but only for NPCs and not using a custom skeleton will cause problems.
The simple fix is: load the race mod into CK and redirect the custom race's skeleton to use "\CharacterAssets\NPC\skeleton.nif".
There is a technical issue with Fallout 4 where if you have a custom skeleton and you use it for a player race, the game will crash. Unless it's specifically in "Actors\Character\CharacterAssets\skeleton.nif". Yes, it must be named skeleton.nif. This means that every time you want to use a custom skeleton, you need to use the default name, so all NPCs will be affected.
With this plugin, it separates player and NPC races so that any custom skeletons and other modifications can be used on players without issue and it will not affect NPCs. This mod has been tested and is fully functional. It will work with NPC appearance replacers, character shaping, and newly created NPCs still working as expected. Players will now use a separate race called "PlayerRace" so that it does not conflict with other mods or new NPC mods.
Other humanoid races such as Synths, Ghouls, and Children have also been redirected to use skeletons in different file paths. So if you want to change the NPC skeleton, just go into "Actors\Character\CharacterAssets\NPC\" and you will find the skeleton there.
Also includes .esp version. Because why not.
(August 7, 2016): Found some issues with using custom skeletons when equipped with Power Armor. If you have a custom skull and it doesn't appear in the Power Armor Skeleton, it will create the floating head (at least if you don't have a PA helmet). For now, you'll have to deal with skeleton accessories that don't use power armor.
(August 17, 2016): Thanks to FancyPants for providing ReHumanizer! A plugin that allows you to revert to HumanRace after playing a custom Race. To use it you need:
Disable Custom Player Race plugin
Enable ReHumanizer
Enter the game and set up your character
Exit game

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
