Hotfix patch updated on May 24th:
Version 1.4.1
Added WorkshopStackableItem [AVIF:0000033D] to Lighthouse01 [STAT:00151E35], allowing items to be placed on the restored lighthouse floor in Kingsport.
Remove the branches of LCWDefault01Grass01 [LTEX:000AB07D]. This is a brute force that will affect all terrain in the game that uses this texture, but I'd rather spend time on a new rebuild than modify every terrain that uses this texture. I still don't understand why older versions don't have the twig problem, but v1.3.1 and v1.4 do, but this removes the twigs.
Loading order doesn't really matter. It only covers 2 original records and no cells are covered.
Updated on May 13, 2026:
Version 1.4
Removed rogue JP collision box.
Removed all PRP fixes.
If you are not using PRP, you should use a new preview file.
New PRP files created for PRP v81.x.
Both patches contain updated MHDT unit header information and changes to the UFO4P unit unit header.
This is only limited testing, so I will keep the updated files for v1.3 and v1.3.1 under the old files.
All patches should still work as the changes made are minimal.
The shared resource has not been updated, so no update is required.
Updated on May 8th:
Version 1.3
Fixed rogue hitbox in Jamaica Plain
Updated on May 7th:
Version 1.2
New Rebuild Collection requiring v2.3 or higher - Shared Resources
Castle: The clutter pile under the broken bed frame in the General's room is now connected to the bed, so it will be scrapped when the bed is scrapped.
Castle: Made minor edits to the navmesh and removed unnecessary navmesh edits.
Jamaica Plain: Missing fixed wall of unrestored City Hall
Asylum Villa: The North Bridge can be scrapped (it must be repaired first). I couldn't make the bridge itself scrappable because it crosses the workshop boundary, so you need to scrap one of the retaining wall columns. See the screenshots on the Rebuild Sanctuary standalone mod page.
*****IMPORTANT NOTE: This does not automatically make every bridge changer compatible with Rebuild Sanctuary. Many of them modified the navmesh, which would conflict with the navmesh edits required to rebuild the shelter in order for NPCs to navigate in the restored house. Some also remove references that are part of the pre-compose, which can cause visual preview issues if the mod regenerates them as well (even if it doesn't). This is an unsupported feature. I don't have the time or energy to troubleshoot every Sanctuary bridge mod out there.
Asylum Villa: Replaced several doors with one that swings in the opposite direction as it makes more sense.
Sheltered Villa: One of the front doors does not have an enabled parent, so it is always present (even before repairs are made to the house). Fixed this issue.
Updated on May 6th:
Version 1.1
Fixed a visual preview issue in the Nuka World Bottling Plant when using the visual preview patch with PRP
Updated Rebuild AIO Compat - Desperados Overhaul: Fixed Nuka World Bottling Plant VFX preview issue
The packaged body and the No Repair patch (which will be in a complete repair state after use, no need to manually select repairs) are uploaded together. Other individual patches are recommended and you need to download them from the original address.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
