About this mod Machine translation
describe
This mod will highlight corpses, ash/goo piles, unassigned settlers and objects, broken or no animals, friendships on the border, sleeping or unconscious creatures, containers, terminals, collectibles, keys, holos, books, plants, doors, weapons, ammo, hats, chemicals, legendary items.. and even synthetic infiltrators. This mode is highly configurable, including when to highlight, when to de-highlight, and the color of each highlight.
The mod becomes active once you take the Scrapper perk, or you launch it manually via MCM or holotape.

Settlement and Title
The mod detects when you are in a settlement or interior location that you own and automatically disables container and item highlighting. There is no reason to plunder something that already exists. Normal loose items are not highlighted in the world and would steal if taken, but containers are still highlighted so you can inspect their contents.
Component tracking
In the vanilla game, Scrapper rank 2 highlights objects (like trash) that contain components you marked. You can tag components in the crafting interface and pipboy inventory. This mod provides an alternative to this functionality so you can customize how trash is highlighted. It also allows you to tag components in MCM. If you are not using F4SE, customization of this feature is limited.
This feature will highlight objects in the world that contain the components you selected, and will also include these objects in inventory searches (highlighting corpses and containers). The mod remembers encountered items and becomes more accurate and responsive over time.
Semi-automatic rotation
Common odds and ends like ammo, chemicals, hats, bobbypins, and tracked junk can all be automatically looted. Spam will be sent to the workshop you last visited, while ammo etc. will be sent to the player when pipboy is opened. Non-legendary weapons can be automatically looted and instantly converted to capital letters. Quest items do not run automatically, and if the item is considered stolen, this feature will not take any items away. Survival needs such as meat and plants are also not generated automatically.
Autofocus is only activated when highlighting is active.
Normally triggers automatically when approached. But if an exploding corpse is scattered across the battlefield and you can't find its "center", just pick up a piece of super mutant or whatever it was before and the auto-injection will trigger.
Dynamic MOD weapon support
New weapons and ammo added by mods can also be highlighted and automatically played. The first time you equip a new weapon from the mod Loot Detector, you will be asked to confirm adding it to the detection list. The weapon's default ammo is also automatically discovered. To teach Loot Detectors about special ammunition, place a circle on the ground and make it highlight.
SYNTH INFILTRATOR detection
Normally when you target friendly parties they will be highlighted in cyan, but if you have synthetic highlight active (and necessary), the synthetic infiltrator will be highlighted in gray. When you spot a synth in your settlement, keep your gun trained on them and they'll panic and attack (or surrender). Therefore, they can be eliminated without proposing a solution to you.
Manually overwrite HOTKEY
You can map keys via MCM or other means to toggle all active effects.
Use this console command for manual mapping:
cqf xatmosScrapperQuest ToggleManualOverride

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
