Just like the title, it is a well-known and excellent module. Needless to say, it is a good helper for finding things and searching. It is even better when used with the simultaneous brightness adjustment.
Due to personal usage habits, I only upload the ESL version. If you have ESP needs, please go to the original address to download it.
The Chinese version has been packaged and uploaded together with the ESL ontology.

describe
This mod will highlight corpses, ash/goo piles, unassigned settlers and objects, broken or unpowered objects, friendly matches while scoped, sleeping or unconscious creatures, containers, terminals, collectibles, keys, holos, books, plants, doors, weapons, ammo, hats, chemicals, legendary items. Even a synth infiltrator. This mod is highly configurable, including settings for when and what to highlight, when to de-highlight, and the color of each highlight.
This mod becomes active once you light up the Dismantling Expert Perk level 1, or you activate it manually via the MCM/Holotapes.
Settlement and Ownership
This mod detects when you are in a settlement or interior location that you own and automatically disables container and item highlighting. There is no reason to rob something that is already yours. In the world, common bulk items will not be highlighted to see if they are vulnerable to theft, but containers will still be highlighted so you can inspect their contents.
Component tracking
In the original game Scrapper Rank 2, highlight objects (like trash) that contain components you marked. You can tag components in the crafting interface and pipboy inventory. This mod provides an alternative to this functionality so you can customize how trash is highlighted. It also allows you to tag components in the MCM. If you are not using F4SE, customization of this feature is limited.
This feature will highlight objects in the world that contain the selected component, and will also include these objects in inventory searches (highlighting corpses and containers). The mod remembers items encountered and becomes more accurate and responsive over time.
Semi-automatic looting
Common debris such as ammo, chemicals, hats, slugs, and tracked junk can be automatically looted. Trash will be sent to the last workshop you visited, while ammo etc. will be given to the player when the pipboy is opened. Non-legendary weapons can be automatically looted and instantly converted into hats. Quest items are not automatically looted, and this feature will not take away an item if it counts as stolen. Additionally, survival needs such as meat and plants are not automatically looted.
Auto-looting is only active when highlighting is active.
Typically, automatic loot triggers on proximity. But if an exploding corpse litters the battlefield and you can't find its "center," just picking up a chunk of the super mutant or whatever it once was will trigger automatic loot.
Dynamic mod weapon support
New weapons and ammunition added by the mod can also be highlighted and automatically looted. When you first equip a new weapon from the mod, the loot detector will ask you to confirm adding it to the detection list. Default ammo weapons are also automatically discovered. To teach Loot Detector special ammo, place a round on the ground and make it highlight.
Synthetic Penetration Detection
Normally when you target friendly forces they will be highlighted in cyan, but if you have the synth highlighting activity (and requisites), the synth infiltrators will be highlighted in gray. When you spot a synth in your settlement, keep your guns trained on them and get close, they will panic and attack (or surrender). Therefore, they can be eliminated without turning your settlement against you.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
