lack Lake Hotel
background
This mod introduces the Crno Jezero (Black Lake) Hotel to the Commonwealth. The hotel was built before the war and didn't suffer much damage due to the radiation coating on the building and its ability to withstand large explosions. The hotel takes its name from the first owner who came from the Eastern countries. They saw that the place was suitable for a hotel, so it came to the construction of a unique style hotel with several rooms and services for visitors new to the Commonwealth (hence its distant location).
The hotel was booming until the evacuation and saw a lot of traffic. Since then, no one knows what happened to its staff and owners.
Glasses
- Very unique layout, look and feel of the hotel and surroundings, 100% vanilla items. No additional mods required.
- Very small non-scripted missions that explain the story and give players access to actual deluxe player home areas.
- The entire hotel is owned by the player
- Separate workshop area
- Multiple storage spaces in different formats to separate items
- Multiple project display options
- Detailed interior and exterior. This is often done.
- Friendly integration of the Fallout universe. There is no OP project.
- Multiple fully fledged hotel rooms. (Not everything is depicted!)
Things I didn't take into account because of my lack of skills (my skills and interests are towards the visual and creative aspects, not scripting. - No navmesh editing - companions would get stuck/lost/confused or scared :)
-No extensive mechanics like editing your character in front of a mirror etc.
- There may be some other mods out there that have other things in terms of interactivity.
Summarize
This mod allows for an interesting place to see even if you don't plan to stay there. I spent quite a bit of time laying down a wonderful friendly place to enjoy. Maybe this is what you're looking for! :)
Start the mini-service by going to the Director's Office located in the staff area of the hotel and viewing the Director's Terminal. The hotel is located in the north of Sanctuary. Map markers available.
Thank you for your attention.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
