背景

Background

This mod introduces the Crno Jezero ( Black Lake ) hotel to the Commonwealth. The hotel was build pre-war and has sustained not much damage due to the building being coated against radiation, and being able to withstand a large explosion. The name from the hotel comes from the first owners, who came from an eastern country. They saw the place fit for a hotel and so it came to the build of the one of a kind style hotel offering several rooms and services to visitors that just entered the Commonwealth ( Hence it's location on the far side ).

The hotel was thriving and saw lots of traffic right up until the evacuation. Since then, nobody knows what happened with it's staff and owner.

Specs

• A very unique layout,looking and feeling hotel and surroundings built with 100% vanilla items. No additional mods required.
• Very small non scripted quest which explains the story and gives the player access to the actual luxurious player home area.
• The entire hotel is player owned
• Seperate workshop area
• Multiple storages in different forms to seperate items
• Several displaying options for items
• Detailed interior and exterior. Much time went into making this.
• Lore friendly integration of the Fallout universe. No OP items.
• Multiple fully worked out hotel rooms to discover. ( Not everything is pictured! )

Things that weren't taken into consideration because my lack of skill ( My skills and interest are towards the visual and creativity aspect, not so much the scripting.

• No navmesh edits - Companions will get stuck/lost/confused or scared:)
• No extensive mechanics such as editing your character in front of mirrors etc
• And probably some other things other mods do have in terms of interactivity..

Summary

The mod allows for an interesting place to check out, even if you aren't going to stay there. I've spent a fair amount of time putting down a nice lore friendly place to enjoy. Perhaps it's exactly what you were looking for!:)

Start the miniquest by heading into the Directors Office located in the staff section of the hotel and looking on the Directors Terminal

The Hotel is located North of Sanctuary. A mapmarker is available.
