Updated on August 31st:
Version 3.4.0
Changed: Bounty Hunters look different based on your Karma attribute. When you have really good karma, bounty hunters look like gunslingers. When you have bad karma, bounty hunters look like militiamen. They don't actually belong to these factions, so you don't have to worry about pissing off the in-game militia.
Changed: Bounty Hunter is now slightly harder, but drops caps and rewards a small amount of extra experience.
Change: The Bounty Hunter mission cooldown is now reduced to 72 hours from the in-game 96 hours.
Change: Adjusted the Karma Legend effect to show adverse effects when Karma is misaligned.
FIXED: Resolved an issue where Bounty Hunters were not spawning for some players due to incorrect conditions or not being able to find a suitable spawn marker.
Optimization: Minor optimizations to the script.
Updated on August 25th:
Version 3.3.1
Changed: Disabled context stealing (stealing from the enemy faction does not trigger karma loss) due to being very inconsistent in some cases. I'd like to add it back again sometime, but it still needs a little more time in the oven.
Fixed: Resolved an issue where stealing and pickpocketing would not trigger karma loss.
Fix: Fixed a rare issue where attacking and killing actors would not trigger karma loss.
Optimization: Minor optimizations to the script.

Version 3.3.0
Changes: Made many small improvements to the Karma Pip-Boy tag, such as preventing duplicate clicks and sound overlays.
Change: The difficulty of the Bounty Hunter mission has been slightly increased.
Change: Slightly lessened the strength of the Karma Legend effect. Now they will continue to provide a 15% to 25% damage bonus in the correct karma alignment, but a -20% to -40% damage penalty in the wrong karma alignment.
Optimization: By adopting different karma data structure methods, karma processing has been significantly optimized and improved.
Fix: Resolved an issue that could cause the player to crash when the Karma Treasure Boy pop-up appeared while in good karma.
Fixed: Resolved an issue where NPC Karma was unavailable to some players.
Fix: Fixed many scattered minor bugs.
Updated on June 10th:
Version 3.2.1
Fixed: Resolved an oversight that caused PBT ini files to be set to hidden
Updated on June 9th:
Version 3.2.0
New: Stealing/Pickpocketing no longer causes karma loss if the item is below the configurable value (default: 5 bottle caps).
Changed: Stealing/Pickpocketing against rival factions and enemies should no longer result in a karma loss.
Change: Far Harbor karma events have been adjusted so there are fewer karma events, but remaining karma events reward or remove more karma.
Optimization: Improved handling of theft/pickpocketing.
FIXED: Resolved an issue where some players were not receiving karma for agreeing to help a militia settlement.
Fix: Resolved an oversight where flirting with Mulan could still result in karma loss.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
