This mod does one simple thing: gives settlers names. How does it work?

Each settler (old and new) will choose a random name from a list of 200 most popular Bostons.

How to use

Install using NMM or manually, that's all :).

If you still see Settlers Named Settler, then "Immersive Settlers Holotape" can only be used for it.

Can I change the settler's name again?

The name of the added script cannot be changed after it is given.

Incompatibility

No one knows.

How do I automatically change the name of a settler in the game who doesn't have his name automatically changed?

The script only runs once each time you approach a settlement; this means that if you stay in it for a long time and new settlers come in at the same time, they won't change their names immediately. The easy way around this is to quickly travel to another location and back. I added a few tools if the settler still hasn't changed his name.

first method

• Under the utility menu, make the "Immersive Settlers Holotape" in the Chemistry Station.
• Open it and select the second option which is to manually rename the script.

Does it work? good. No job?

Second method

• Open "Immersive Settler Holotape" and select the option to make "Settler Rename Syringe"
• (Optional) If you don’t have a Pipe Syringer choose the option to make one
• Use "Settler Rename Syringe" and check if it gets the name

Does it work? If yes you are ok, it may happen in your gameplay that very few settlers with you will use a gun (happened to 4 settlers)

No jobs or settlers becoming hostile?

Third method

Try using the console command:

Open the console command, select the settler you want to give a name and use:

SetActorFullName FormID <---The FormID of the name you want to change. How do you find the FormID?

The console command on Ingame is written:

Help Jack 0 MESG <--- Jack is one of the 200 names I added.

How do you know which names you can search for?
