describe
Immersive Head brings natural head tracking, eye movement, and customizable expressions to your player character in a third-person perspective.
Your character's eyes react first, then the head. When the camera is behind your character, they will look in the direction the camera is facing. Move the camera to the front and they'll look that way.
for your role
Create custom facial expressions and have them play automatically during combat, stealth, low health, and more.
Installation instructions
Install using your favorite mod manager, then press F10 in-game to open the settings and expression editor.
Expression presets are not included. You can create one yourself in the F10 Editor and add them to playback sequences to enable automatic expressions.
Main features
- Sensitive head and eye tracking: Your character’s eyes lead and the head follows smoothly. Adjust the strength and reaction speed of head rotation based on your character.
- Respect the gameplay
The tracking camera tracking is paused during combat, attacks, dashes, and conversations, letting the game's normal behavior take over.
- 7 situational expressions
Set separate expressions for normal play, combat, sprint, swim, sneak, low health, and low AP.
- In-game emoticon editor
Adjust 50 facial controls, including brows, eyelids, and lips, and preview how your character will look. Presets are saved separately for each race.
- Custom expression sequence
Combine multiple expressions with game default expressions. Set how long each step lasts, and how smooth the transition is. Loop the sequence, play it once and then restore to default, or hold down the final expression.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
