House rules
An F4SE plugin that exposes high-impact vanilla Fallout 4 settings via an MCM menu. The goal: to give you the tools to tweak vanilla mechanics so they fit into the flow of a modded game. Everything is a runtime adjustment to the engine's existing settings. There is no ESP and no fees for plug-in slots.

Notes
The carry weight unlock and survival skill kill switch require a save reload after switching to take effect immediately. Otherwise they will be applied at the next opportunity of the manager script (in-game minutes).
The slider is triggered when the pause menu is closed. Size changes wait for the next consumable use, and the Pip-Boy tooltip caches the old value until then.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
