"I really shouldn't turn people away unless it's obvious they're trouble. Anyway: Welcome to Fourville"
What to expect
This is not a "campaign" mod with a strict beginning and end. This is a town with a lot to do.
There is one unmarked task, and two tasks with unmarked moments.
How to get started
Fourville is located near the town of Salem. The closest vanilla location is the town of Salem, from where the mod travels and then heads west across the bay. Fourville is marked with a gear icon. (Refer to the second picture in the gallery)

background
Legend has it that on the day of the nuclear war, the residents of Salem traveled to the shelter of Vault 4. Only those registered in the shelter program will be allowed inside. Some refugees believe that if they can wait out ShelterTech's advertised 20-year closure period, they will be able to find shelter when the shelters open.
More than two hundred years later, this town has changed a lot. A town grew up in the caves outside the Vault, with houses made from recycled Vaulttech equipment and built into the cave walls that had been dug out as generations of residents tried to enter the Vault.
When the lone survivor arrived in Fourville, the town was in the midst of an election and the shelter had become a major point of contention. The town's current mayor believes the vault will one day open and has made it a focus of his campaign. His challengers argued that the refuge was hindering the town's development and that attempts to enter should be abandoned. A sole survivor's involvement can shift the scale and change the face of a community forever.

About the module
This mod has been in development for a year and a half. The writing, scripting, quests and environment design were all done by me (original author Seddon4494, the same below). Since my other mods focus on a campaign story, this mod focuses on the town itself. This mod is designed to fit seamlessly into the regular game, making it feel like any other town the player might encounter. There are characters to meet, quests to do, things to discover, and secrets to uncover.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
