Fixed world map and globe (updated)

Fix those horrible world map and earth textures to make them legend friendly. The ocean is no longer colored like the land, Canada is properly annexed, etc.

The textures Bethesda used for the Fort Haggen and Switchboard world maps and the various garbage globes were so poorly made and so low effort it was ridiculous. Multiple oceans and straits are painted as if they were landmasses, let alone modern borders, and are said to represent a world in which the United States annexed Canada and the Soviet Union still existed.

You can tell whoever made it took a pre-2006 world map (before Serbia and Montenegro split, either Bethesda had this texture a decade ago, or the person who made it was a Serbian nationalist), cropped out a magic wand tool selection of the ocean, didn't do any further work, and called it a day. So I (original author manlethamlet, the same below) decided to solve this problem and add some flavor to make you wonder what the world was like before the war.

Mainly, I fixed all the water bodies and adjusted the borders so they fit the lore, or at least had some creative freedom:

Bodies of Water Restored - Mediterranean Sea, Black Sea, Red Sea, Persian Gulf, Caspian Sea, White Sea, Baltic Sea, Gulf of Mannar, Strait of Malacca, various waters within the Philippines, Northwest Passage, Estuary of the St. Lawrence River, Great Lakes, Northern Gulf of California, Lake Maracaibo (they must have missed a lot!

The United States includes Canada, southern Mexico, and the Panama Canal

• Hawaii now exists
• Beginning with the U.S. invasion of Mexico, the U.S. controlled the three states of Petro Chico, plus the Yucatan Peninsula
• Donald Trump Approved

The former European Federation was broken up into several small nation-states during the Resource Wars - there is no explicit mention of whether Europe returned to the borders we know now, only that they had quarrels with each other

• Having said that, now Catalonia, the Basque Country, Occitania, Brittany and Venice are all independent, Luxembourg is divided among its neighbors and Austria controls South Tyrol
• Looks like a late game HOI4 save with no history AI, just as God intended

The Soviet Union is still unified

• Warsaw Pact countries (including East Germany) may also be annexed, so they are part of the Soviet Union
• The disintegration of Czechoslovakia is...very fragile...implied to take place in the Fallout universe (Czech coat of arms on an ammo box as a prop in the TV show)

China includes Mongolia, North Korea, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia

• Chairman Cheng now has destiny
• This answers Hank's question to Kahn, "Are you Chinese or Japanese?"

Yugoslavia remained largely unified

• Albania is now irreversible and controls Kosovo so the Balkans can fight in the comments. Everything else is a hodgepodge of past, present and future alliances or territorial disputes.
