Build new settlements and campsites

Build new settlements almost anywhere
Conquest is a camping and settlement building model from the author of Frostfall for Skyrim. With a variety of camping gear and the ability to build brand new settlements, it's the ideal companion for both normal and survival mode players.
Build a small camp on the road, cook, sleep, and recharge your batteries. Then pack up and head out, or make your mark by expanding your camp into a thriving, fully functional settlement.
By investing in a new workbench, your campsite becomes a complete solution, with all the benefits and hassles that come with it. Currently, you can build up to 10 new settlements.
A complete in-game readme file is included in the "ReadMe: Conquest" holotape.
How to play
camping
To camp, open your Pip-Boy's inventory screen, navigate to Aid, and select "Action: Build Campsite." Exit the Pip-Boy and place the camping supplies on the ground. After placing your camping supplies, you can use the special workshop menu to place other camping gear.
At the campsite, you can build a campfire, place a cooking pot, discard weapons and armor, pitch a tent, place portable generators and lights, sleep in a sleeping bag, and more.
Tip: You can only camp far enough away from cities and other settlements.
- Building placement
After successfully creating your campsite, in the Camping Workshop menu, navigate to Expansion > Workshop. Place your studio anywhere you like. Once completed, your camp will be returned to your inventory and your settlement will be created.
You can name your settlement one of 10 different names, and you can create up to 10 different settlements.
- Disband the settlement
If you don't like the settlement you created, you can dissolve it to free up one of the 10 available settlements. To do this, select Workshop and then Dissolve Settlement. Read the warnings and confirm your choice. The settlement will be dissolved.
residential area
Since conquest allows you to establish settlements almost anywhere, use good judgment when deciding where to place new settlements. Please keep the following guidelines in mind when placing your checkout.
Make sure you build a sufficient number of beds before trying to send existing settlers to a new settlement, or they may simply decide to leave. If you build a radio tower without building beds, no new settlers will be recruited.
If you move a settler from a very distant settlement to your new settlement, there's a chance they won't survive the journey. Try to move settlers from nearby settlements.
Make sure settlers can easily enter/leave your settlement area, or you may never see them appear.
There seems to be a problem for settlers understanding how to navigate, so new settlements shouldn't be built on them.
There are currently no restrictions imposed on custom settlements via Conquest. Build responsibly and save often in several save locations.
If you build a settlement in an area where enemies can spawn, those enemies will still spawn at your settlement from time to time.
If you can't find some settlers, remember to create and use Bells.
Building new settlements indoors should work, but obtaining the resources needed to maintain building settlements can be problematic. You also don't get map markers on the world map.
A note about supply lines
You can create supply lines in Conquest settlement as usual, but when opening the workshop you will see the message "Loading supply lines...". This may take a few seconds as the summary of the connected workshop item is created. Please be patient; the seminar will open (or reopen) in a few seconds. This is due to the way the base game works, conquering settlements has to deal with connected supply lines in a special way.
Known issues
You cannot send settlers or followers to the settlement you are currently in. To send them to custom billing, move them out first.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
