This mod brings functional new solutions to Fallout 4.

Location:

This location is northwest of the "Museum of Witchcraft".

Features:

• Simple, functional solution.
• Beautiful place with views of the lagoon.
• 3 unique NPCs (families with children).
• Legendary weapons.
• Workstation for survival players.
• Enter the water/sea.
• All scratchable objects.
• Random attacks (like any other settlement).
• Sim Settlements compatible.

Tips:

• You can hire new settlers via Recruitment Radio Beacon.
• You can create trade routes to settlement.
• Watch out for the mirelurk queen.

notes:

• It works with all DLC, but not the walkthrough (Nuka World).
• If the NPC has died or disappeared, then the mirelurk queen may kill them/or they have escaped and later

(usually) come back.

Eastereggs：

• The female NPC (Lydia) is an alcoholic and smoker.
• The name of the legendary weapon is a reference to Texas Hold'em Poker.

Spoilers:

• Obtain the safe behind the legendary weapon inspection workbench.

Behind the scenes:

• In the 1930s, Beachmont was a central community for swimming, and Love Rock was used for swimming while diving. Beachmont also serves as one or more mooring sites for lobster fishermen's boats. Clams and mussels were abundantly available, but the clams were dug frequently and the mussels were not harvested. The Beachmont coast, like the rest of Revere's coast, was patrolled by soldiers at night during World War II.

• You can establish trade routes to the settlement.
• Watch out for mirelurk queen.

Notes:

• It works for all DLC's, but no Raiders jobs possible (Nuka World).
• If the NPCs are dead or vanished, it's possible that the mirelurk queen have killed them / or they have fled and come back later

(normally).
