About this mod Machine translation
introduce
ARWCSM uses the DEF_INV resource to display approximately 50 icons before items in the manifest. They are sorted by 68 tags.
Weapons and armor are currently unsorted. The upgrade will be coming soon, so in the meantime, you should use the excellent
Better naming and sorting of armor and weapons, showing | | mods | attached | like | that and categorizing those items nicely.
ARWCSM uses 16 tabs to separate items for faster access, thanks to shorter lists.
Using three other mods overall, it will bring colored icons to the inventory of the Pipboy/Barter/Container/Workbench screen.
ARWCSM should be used with the other two mods from this set.
It is explicitly made for Color Pipboy.
It's intended to make it more subtle to watch by reducing the contrast between white fonts/icons/animations and black background
Removed monochrome setting to show color world map (main reason).
Other mods:
Color Pipboy - Gold Kit for anti-Black-White Screen -
The main one. It provides color to icons/animations and some fonts for all Pipboy screens, and colors icons in Barter/Container/Workbench windows.
Starting with v1.1, GKCP automatically removes Pipboy's monochrome layer (green), allowing it to display color.
Zoom extension for world map and local map
Allows full zooming out on the world/local map and handles map colors for both screens.
When one removes the monochrome display, the Power Armor Pipboy screen (world map, inventory...) becomes too bright.
You may need to change (or add) these lines in Fallout4Custom.ini:
Chapters are essential:
The default values are 3 and 1 respectively:
[display]
fPipboyScreenEmitIntensityPA=1
fPipboyScreenDiffuseIntensityPA=0.15
I also see: 1.25 and 0.15.
Since GKCP v1.1 provides automatic removal of Pipboy's monochrome display, making it ready to display color, the following is less

Spoilers: ShowDESCRIPTION
This mod handles Item tagging and sorting. It integrates with Neanka's DEF_INV, providing icon tags instead of [word] tags
In the inventory list + can be configured to sort items in more categories by modifying the subcategories tab.
Lists are shorter and items are more specific.
For example, Ammo Tab is inside the Weapons screen, with Grenades Tab (no need to clic 3x2 times to enter Ammo Tab and back to Weapons tab).
There are also specific tags for Food/Drink/Chem as well as some wearables and items in Aid, Misc and Junk (details below) and (screenshot).
So DEF_INV is required.
There are 16 tags used to sort items in subcategories within the main game tag, for a total of 68 tags and ~50 icons.
Labels are colored by Color Pipboy's core mod Gold Kit, which provides some colorization for the inventory screen.
It's named... weightless... yes, but for weapons and wearables, even the lightest of installations.
It's the only way I've found to play this game without indulging in crazy recurring routines.
The game guides you through carrying things around, and the management tools provided by the interface are as simple as the console's eight-button controller.
For the kind of game with long lists, this is an incredible interface. In other words, the less inventory you have to deal with, the better.
Spoiler: ShowSo, this name comes from the fact that Weightless is the only way I see playing this game.
Even with weightless options, inventory management is still a heavy task.
Although, when starting a new game, players should use a vanilla installation. I thought, for a while, it could be, or even better.
But when you start killing people with a lot of loot, you have to make some room for it. Weightless trash is one of the possibilities, though it would certainly change the way you play since there's no more factor in managing the building material transport routine than using settlers to move materials around. So, it's a matter of choice. You may prefer to make other items weightless first in order to enjoy what Beth has made with this new feature.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
