《ULTRAKILL》是一款節奏明快、極度暴力的老派第一人稱射擊遊戲，融合了《雷神之錘》（Quake）等經典射擊遊戲、《毀滅戰士》（Doom，2016年版）等現代射擊遊戲，以及《惡魔獵人》（Devil May Cry）等角色動作遊戲的特色。
人類已然滅絕，地球上僅存的生物是靠鮮血驅動的機器。
但如今地表的鮮血正逐漸枯竭……
機器們正爭分奪秒地奔向地獄深處，尋找更多的血液。
