About this mod Author’s original text

Golden Spin

Tusk Act 4 for V1. Fire a golden nail that sets enemies spinning in an infinite rotation, then chain it into

wall-piercing shots, coin turrets, wormhole slams, black holes and a cinematic ORA ORA ORA rush.

Press V to fire the nail.

Features

Golden Rectangle: the nail

  • Fire while sliding, dashing or moving fast: golden rotation (Act 4). The target gets the Infinite Spin, a

golden spiral drawn from golden rectangles that drills into the hit spot and damages the enemy every 0.5 s until

it dies. Armor and resistances are ignored, and bosses take the damage through the normal damage path, so their

phases play out normally. Style: GOLDEN NAIL.

  • Fire standing still or too slow: imperfect rotation (Act 3). One burst of damage, no spin.

Style: IMPERFECT ROTATION.

Dimensional Breach

The nail goes through walls and floors and hits the first enemy on the line. If there was a wall in between:

DIMENSIONAL BREACH.

Chumimin Singularity

An enemy killed by the spin cries チュミミ〜ン (CHUMIMIN) and is swallowed by a black hole. For 3 seconds it

pulls in every enemy within 20 m, then explodes: heavy damage, a storm of gore, +50 HP for V1, ARIGATO GYRO.

Golden Coin

Nail a Marksman coin: it freezes in mid-air, spins and fires homing nails at every enemy it can see for 2 seconds,

then explodes (enemies only). Style: RICH ROTATION.

Act 3 Wormhole

Shoot the floor right below you to open a wormhole for 4 seconds. Ground-slam into it and V1 is teleported up

and launched into the air. Style: WORMHOLE SLAM.

ORA ORA ORA

A big enemy that the spin pushes below 10% HP glows magenta and is held at the brink for a few seconds.

Punch it with the Feedbacker for a cinematic stand rush:

  • the world freezes, letterbox bars and manga speed lines close in, the camera locks onto the enemy;
  • V1's arm opens with the parry punch and jabs again and again;
  • a final blow launches the enemy. Style: ORA ORA ORA.

Optional: your own ORA voice clip

The mod does not ship a voice clip. Without one the rush uses its own punch sounds. To add one, put an.mp3,.ogg or.wav file next to GoldenSpin.dll and set OraSoundFile in the config to its file name (or to a full

path). The punches automatically sync to the shouts in the clip, and the last loud shout becomes the final blow.

Installation

Install with r2modman or the Mod Manager (BepInExPack is installed automatically).

Manual: install BepInExPack and copy GoldenSpin.dll

into BepInEx/plugins.

Configuration

Everything is in BepInEx/config/com.zylow7000.tuskact4.cfg (created on first launch):

Compatibility

  • Single-player mod, built for ULTRAKILL as of October 2026 with BepInEx 5.
  • Works next to other mods that patch the punch or the camera; nothing is replaced, only added.
  • Hit V once and check BepInEx/LogOutput.log if something does not work: every hit, black hole and beatdown is logged.

Credits

  • Made by Zylow7000. Idea and design: Zylow7000.
  • Code written with Claude Code (Anthropic's AI coding agent) under Zylow7000's direction.
  • Built on BepInEx and Harmony.
  • All visual effects and the mod's own sounds are generated at runtime; no game files are included.
  • Inspired by Tusk from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 7: Steel Ball Run by Hirohiko Araki. Fan mod, not affiliated

with the JoJo franchise or with New Blood / Arsi "Hakita" Patala.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin

  1. The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
  2. Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
  3. Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
  4. Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.

Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
