ValleyGirlChinese patch

🎮 **Make the Valley Girl mod speak Chinese! **

✨ Module Features

  • 📝 Developed based on i18n patch framework to ensure perfect compatibility with the original module
  • 🎯 A Chinese version specially tailored for the Valley Girl module
  • 🔧 Refer to the excellent results of previous translators to ensure translation quality

📖 Translation instructions

This Chinese patch is my personal attempt. Although it may not reach professional standards, I hope it can bring you a better gaming experience. Since individuals have less exposure to this type of text and have limited mental corpus reserves, it was discovered during the translation process that there are great differences in expressions between Chinese and English.

⚠️ Notes

The animation performance of the original module is not perfect. In some scenes, because the animation does not clearly show the character's movements, I cannot determine the specific situation and can only make literal translations. For example, during the beach incident, Alex said, "This is not easy to control." I was not sure whether he was applying sunscreen or taking off his clothes.

💝 Acknowledgments

Special thanks to the original author TrashRacc1124 for his authorized support!

🌟 **Although the translation has been completed, it is still far from the ideal standard in my mind. Unfortunately, it is beyond my capabilities. If you have any translation suggestions, be sure to let me know, thank you very much! **

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)

  1. Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
  2. Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
  3. Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
  4. Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.

Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
