🌍 **Stardew Valley complete Finnish translation module**
✨ Module Features
This is a mod that fully translates Stardew Valley into Finnish! I've tried my best to translate all text content in the base game, including:
- 📝 Conversation text
- 🔧 Tooltips
- 🎮 Interface elements
- and all other in-game text
🎨 Current status
⚠️ **NOTE**: Most of the text in the pictures has not been translated yet (I am not good at graphics and only did the most necessary parts). With the exception of the Start menu, the text in the images is still in English for now.
🔄 Translation Decision
I made a potentially controversial decision: **Translated most of the NPC names and place names**. Feedback is welcome, both on this overall decision and on specific name choices!
🧪 Test situation
🔍 **Proofreading Status**: This is more of a "rough proofreading" than a fine proofreading - I don't have the resources to go through everything carefully (some errors will only show up in the actual game).
🎮 **Test environment**:
- Tested in single player mode only
- Runs on Linux system

- Unzip the module file
- Copy the "StardewFinnish" folder to the game's Mods folder
- Launch the game and enjoy the Finnish experience!

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
