About this mod Machine translation

Chinese translation of Talo the Ranger.

ranger tarot - Chinese version

🌳 **Welcome to the Chinese translation version of Ranger Talo! **

✨ Translation instructions

Because I really like this character, but no one has translated it yet, I decided to make this Chinese version myself.

  • 🎯 **Translation method**: Polish word by word based on machine translation
  • 🎨 **Style Maintenance**: Reduce the stiffness of machine translation as much as possible while retaining the original humorous style
  • ⚠️ **Note**: Due to limited level and energy, all dialogues have not been fully tested. If you find errors or have better suggestions, please feel free to put them forward!

🐛 Bug Reporting Guide

If you want to report a bug, please bring a screenshot and describe the specific situation, such as:

  • seasonal information
  • Day of the week
  • specific location
  • Favorability/event status

This will help me determine whether it is a translation error or a bug in the original Mod. Thank you for your cooperation!

📥 Installation method

  • **Download the original Mod** and extract it to the Mods folder
  • **Download this Chinese Mod** and unzip it
  • Move the files in this Mod to the folder of the original Mod and select Overwrite to complete the installation.

💡 Usage Tips

If Talo remains motionless after installation, you can change Path to Warp in Maps/config.

🎉 **Compatibility Update**: Now fully compatible with SVE! Thanks to the author for fixing this issue very quickly.

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)

  1. Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
  2. Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
  3. Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
  4. Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.

Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
